A leading facilities management company in the United Kingdom seeks a Facilities Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with health and safety standards. This role involves supervising teams, managing client requests, and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications

  • Experience as a Facilities Supervisor in cleaning or maintenance.
  • Background in supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety compliance.
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and confident communicator.
  • Able to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Maximo (or willing to learn).

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor ISS safety systems (Near Hit, Close Call, Assess Net, Compliance Portal).
  • Oversee third-party works and act as a single point of contact for the client.
  • Lead, train and develop the team with a focus on client needs.
  • Drive compliance, service excellence and continuous improvement.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience as a Facilities Supervisor in cleaning or maintenance.
  • Background in supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety compliance (PTS obtainable).
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and confident communicator.
  • Able to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Maximo (or willing to learn).
