A leading facilities management company is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning teams at their site in Southampton. The role requires experience in public services, COSHH knowledge, and the ability to maintain high hygiene standards. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. This position offers various employee benefits, including paid annual leave and discounts on services.
Reporting to the facilities Manager, you will be leading the cleaning teams for their HMCTS site, keeping the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health, and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and the general public.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in the industry/public services, previous experience supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations, COSHH knowledge, and an understanding of basic health and safety principles. You should also be able to motivate a cleaning team to attain a consistent specified standard of cleaning, have good communication and customer care skills, and be a team player with a proactive approach.
