Facilities Supervisor

Faringdon

£14.50 - £15.60 Per hour

Our long-established client in Faringdon is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and hands-on individual to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of various facilities and events

Facilities Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections across sites to ensure safety and compliance
• Supervise and support the Leisure Services team
• Assist in the setup and running of events
• Manage external contractors and ensure all venues are safe, clean, and operational

Facilities Supervisor Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in supervising staff and managing daily operations
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Practical ability to perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and facility checks
• Confidence using email and standard IT systems
• A full UK driving licence
• A flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Facilities Supervisor Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
