Groupe CAT is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the safe, efficient operation of a busy vehicle distribution compound. The role oversees site facilities, maintenance, contractors, security, and continuous improvement to ensure operations remain compliant and ready for future growth.

You will drive safety culture, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with stakeholders to sustain high standards of SHEQ performance. This is a full-time on-site position based in the UK.

Competenze

• Proven experience in facilities, health & safety, or site operations management within a large, operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessments, safe systems of work, audits, investigations, and SHEQ compliance.
• NEBOSH qualification and IOSH membership (or working towards) desirable.
• Experience managing contractors, security services, waste management, and facility maintenance.
• Strong budget management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop training matrices, identify skills gaps, and promote a positive safety culture.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
