Job summary

gov is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee repairs, void refurbishments, grounds maintenance, estate cleaning and office upkeep across our properties. You will lead the Repairs and Void Teams to hit targets and maintain homes to the highest standards, in line with the contract and client expectations.

The role emphasises quality, value for money and efficient delivery under price-per-property partnering contracts with external agents.

Responsibilities

• The Facilities Manager is responsible for management and delivery of response repairs, void refurbishments (vacant properties), grounds maintenance, estate cleaning and office maintenance functions.
• Leads Repairs and Void Teams to continually meet targets and maintain homes to the highest standards.
• Ensures repairs are carried out to the highest quality and standards in a timely manner in line with the contract, optimising the client experience.
• Oversees efficient delivery and operation of best practice ‘price per property’ partnering contracts with external agents.
