A leading water management company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of structural and welfare projects. The role involves managing a portfolio worth up to £2 million and ensuring projects comply with health and safety standards. Candidates with an engineering background and experience in project management are encouraged to apply. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of projects on Thames Water buildings. This includes structural projects (Lifecycle) and the delivery of facilities for staff (Welfare), on our range of buildings, which include Listed buildings and those of operational importance.
You manage a portfolio of projects ranging from approximately £30,000 to £2 million, from scoping the projects from scratch to completion, including reporting throughout and managing the handover. You will join a highly collaborative and supportive team and will be expected to travel across the Thames Valley and/or the London Region.
Location – Working out of the Ashford Common area of West London. You will travel to multiple sites depending on the project and will use your vehicle; a car allowance is paid monthly. Working hours – Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week. This role is known internally as a 'Project Engineer'.
