Job Title:Facilities Project Manager

Reports to:Director of Maintenance

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Project Manager. Reporting to the Director, Project Management, this individual will be responsible for managing the development domestic infrastructure for Trulieve product lines in the US. They will be the driving force for converting the company’s strategic goals into action, working across the organization to deliver results. The role will include routine communications with senior leadership and be highly visible. A successful candidate will be solutions-oriented, with a bias for action and a tenacious approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from the concept stage until completion

Manage contractors

Will lead new construction and upgrade projects

Develop list of punch out items for contractors

Lead project meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders

Manage end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue escalation and change management for product lines in US

Lead cross-functional teams encompassing infrastructure/facilities, business capabilities and product development

Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, serving as liaison between the Project Team, functional managers and corporate leadership

Engage external contractors and service providers, developing integrated plans and risk management strategies

Organize project risk identification, consulting subject matter experts for accurate assessment. Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate to senior leadership when required

Provide routine status updates and coordinating information to the manager

Implement and supervise project governance practices established by the Project Team

Develop functional specs, machine lists and detailed product list for everything in the facilities.

Prepare, maintain and monitor the master project schedule and budget. Resolve issues and escalate roadblocks for prompt resolution. Master project schedule to include construction, staffing, training and ramp-up of facility.

Lead project meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders

Help coordinate to ensure full compliance with Quality Assurance processes and CGMP/FDA regulations.

Manage end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue escalation and change management for product lines in US

Lead cross-functional teams encompassing infrastructure/facilities, business capabilities and product development

Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, serving as liaison between the Project Team, functional managers and corporate leadership

Engage external contractors and service providers, developing integrated plans and risk management strategies

Organize project risk identification, consulting subject matter experts for accurate assessment. Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate to senior leadership when required

Provide routine status updates and coordinating information to the manager

Implement and supervise project governance practices established by the US Project Team

Conduct project risk analysis and develop / implement actions to mitigate risks.

Ensure rigorous PMI methodology is applied across all projects

Ensure full compliance with applicable labor code, environmental regulations and work safety requirements

Some travel will be required (30%)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years project management experience (bonus points for prior work in highly regulated industry)

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Industrial and Commercial construction

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Knowledge of building codes and best practices for construction

Must have experience dealing with all trades and a good knowledge of all technical trades

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus

High-degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity in fast-moving environments

Intense level of intellectual curiosity and creativity in problem solving

Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver results in dynamic environment

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials for senior management

Able to understand technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences

Extensive knowledge of project governance frameworks and best practices

Willing and able to travel to locations throughout the US (< 50% travel required)

Experience with project management software and AutoCAD a must.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
