2. The Opportunity

At QVC, we are looking for a Project and Maintenance Services Contract Manager to join our Knowsley CREWS team. Using best practice project management principles, this role is responsible for managing and coordinating QVC UK's design and construction work, covering approximately 100,000m² within the QVC UK portfolio, including Media Centre, Offices, Fulfillment Centre, Contact Centre, and Retail Store. The role also involves overseeing both PPM and reactive maintenance with supplier partners at QVC Knowsley.

Your Impact

• Manage additions, expansions, or renovations across all sites, including offices, fulfillment centers, contact centers, retail stores, studios, and other spaces as needed. Oversee the implementation or upgrade of building systems, space optimization, and brand image enhancement.
• Develop specifications, conduct business and planning analysis, manage budgets, create project schedules, assign resources, develop layouts and designs, and oversee vendor engagement, including procurement support like RFPs, purchase orders, and contracts. Manage total project and capital budgets.
• Build a network of third-party design, construction, and project management partners in the UK market.
• Supervise and coordinate R&M activities with supplier partners, ensuring cost-effective, timely services with minimal operational disruption, including performance, safety, and operational monitoring.
