Responsibilities
  • Ensure buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained and functioning properly.
  • Oversee daily maintenance to keep property in good condition.
  • Troubleshoot and perform complex repairs or coordinate with outside contractors.
  • Act as liaison between employees and contractors for specialized issues.
  • Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance.
  • Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Interact with tenants to fulfill lease requirements and respond to service requests.
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Knowledge of facility maintenance, coordination, and preventative maintenance.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
