BB&E is seeking a dynamic Planning & Programming Support Specialist to join our Advisory and Assistance Services team on-site at RAF Mildenhall, UK, providing technical and engineering support to the 100th Civil Engineer Squadron. Qualifications include seven years in facility planning or cost modeling, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and security clearance (NACI/CAC) required.

PMP/PRINCE2 desirable. Proficiency with MS Office is essential; you will prepare programming packages and coordinate

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of professional experience in facility planning, requirements development, or technical cost modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desired but not required.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or UK equivalent is not required but highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze facility, site-condition, and historical data to define project requirements and develop programming information.
• Prepare draft programming packages with inputs, cost estimates, economic analyses, and technical justifications for Government review.
• Develop cost-effective facility scopes and coordinate requirements with Government PMs and technical disciplines while meeting UK regulatory requirements.
