Job summary

Renfrewshire Council is seeking enthusiastic Facilities Operatives to deliver a high quality Soft FM service in schools across Renfrewshire. You will be responsible at site level for all aspects of the Soft FM provision, including cleaning, catering, school crossing patrol, and security.

Candidates should have literacy, numeracy and IT skills, and be willing to undertake training. A REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene certificate (or willingness to obtain) is essential.

Qualifications

• Literacy, numeracy and IT skills required.
• Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Soft FM services at school sites (cleaning, catering, security, etc.).
• Work as part of a team with flexible hours.
• Attend training as required.
