MacTaggart Scott in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Labourer to join our Facilities team. This hands-on role supports production and facilities across the site, with a strong focus on safety, housekeeping and efficient operations.

You will work with the Facilities Manager and team to carry out a range of labouring duties, operate counterbalance forklift and overhead crane where required, and help maintain clean, safe areas in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on labouring duties in a manufacturing environment.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and site rules.
• Flexible and able to work as part of a team or alone.

Responsabilités

• Carry out sweeping, cleaning, and general housekeeping in workshops and surrounding areas.
• Keep department yards, pathways, welfare facilities, and site areas tidy and safe.
• Operate counterbalance forklift trucks when required.
• Operate overhead cranes as required.
• Support Facilities and Production teams with labouring duties.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide efficient labouring across the site.
• Follow company procedures and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
