Overview

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has exciting opportunities to join our Facilities team as a Facilities Operative working within Domestic Services based at Grange University Hospital in Cwmbran.

Responsibilities
  • The post-holders will undertake a range of specific work functions across the Facilities service.
  • The duties within each function will be set out in the relevant job schedules. The assignment of these duties will meet the priority needs and demands of the service as identified by the manager/supervisor. The post-holder will therefore be expected to take a flexible approach to their duties, and must also be able to cover rosters.
Hours

The hours available are:

  • Post 1 - 24 hours per week, 13:00 - 19:00 four shifts per week
  • Post 2 - 24 hours per week, 14:00 - 20:00 four shifts per week
Qualifications
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
