Job Title: Facilities Operative
Location: Warrington
Salary: £29,592
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm

What does this role involve?

Based in our Warrington training academy, with frequent travel to other sites, you will carry our service and maintenance activities, to provide a safe environment for staff and customers.

Day to day, you will;

  • assist with the running of multiple Utilita sites;
  • respond to enquiries and requests raised on the facilities ticketing system;
  • maintain effective business relationships with internal stakeholder, contractors and suppliers;
  • carry out minor building fabric work;
  • ensure all audits and compliance checks are completed within timescales and paperwork is recorded accurately.

Who are we looking for?

The role involves travel to various Utilita offices; therefore, you will have a full, clean driving licence and be willing to travel.

You will have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

You will be a solution focused individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role would be advantageous.
