JOB TITLE: MULTI-SKILLED SERVICE PARTNER – FACILITIES OPERATIVE

REPORTS INTO: FACILITIES MANAGER

This is a multi-disciplinary role supporting facilities management across three central London offices, delivering day-to-day support to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience within our client sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support in the delivery of hard and soft services
  2. Coordinate vendors and subcontractors on site
  3. Work with contracted vendors, e.g., cleaning vendors
  4. Conduct audits, assist with issues, and attend meetings
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  6. Provide timely follow-ups via emails, task systems, social posts, and face-to-face interactions
  7. Offer administrative support daily
  8. Conduct office tours for visitors to ensure a positive experience
  9. Manage in-office supplies: ensure repeat orders, keep stationery areas tidy, and act on client needs
  10. Undertake minor maintenance and repairs
  11. Support other teams such as Events, Mailroom, and MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes)
  12. Follow health and safety measures and promote best practices
  13. Conduct risk assessments and adhere to safety protocols
  14. Provide backup support to the facilities manager

WORKING LIFE:

  1. Work across three sites daily
  2. English is the main language; proficiency is essential
  3. Occasional weekend or bank holiday work, scheduled in advance
  4. Role structured on a shift basis over a 5-day week

ABOUT YOU:

  1. Enthusiastic about developing within a multidisciplinary team

  3. Interested or experienced in facilities management and customer service
  4. Good communication skills and openness
  5. Committed to excellence and continuous improvement
  6. Familiar with computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  7. Adaptable to changing requests and projects
