£13.62 per hour (£28,157 per annum)

40 hours per week

Shift: 07:00 - 15:00, Sunday - Thursday

Location: Bicester

If you are a maintenance professional with high standards and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect role for you! This is a unique opportunity to join the Fresh Direct team located in Bicester, Oxfordshire, on a permanent basis.

This is a varied role, predominantly outdoors. You will be responsible for ensuring all buildings and yard areas are maintained to BRC, food safety, and Health and Safety standards across both the depot and office areas.

We are seeking a Facilities Operative to support our depots with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, accepting and distributing deliveries within the site, and maintaining housekeeping standards by cleaning and litter picking. You will also be involved in groundskeeping activities, including watering, tending to plants, trimming shrubs, bushes, and weeding. Opportunities for skill development through our Learning & Development programmes will be provided. Holding a Counterbalance license is advantageous, but training can be provided.
