GDST (The Girls' Day School Trust) seeks a Facilities Officer for Brighton Girls to maintain and improve our learning spaces. The role focuses on building security and supporting the planned preventative maintenance programme, with a late shift from 3pm to 10:30pm.

The position is permanent, full-time, with a salary starting from £27,987 per annum, and starts as soon as possible. Candidates should be experienced in building maintenance and available for the late shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school building and site are secure and assist with a programme of planned preventative maintenance.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday, 3pm–10:30pm, with duties aligned to the late shift.
