  • Change toner cartridges, log and close jobs in REALM.
  • Escort courier for deliveries of stationery and paper.
  • Unpack deliveries and organize supplies.
  • Replenish kitchen supplies.
  • Log faults with vending machines.
  • Distribute mail and deliveries, notify recipients if absent.
  • Manage security passes, including issuance, activation, and return.
  • Provide cover during absences.
  • Use DHL+ portal for outgoing mail.
  • Arrange furniture for meetings.
  • Handle reactive work orders and locker reassignments.
  • Adjust environmental controls as needed.

Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as an Office Assistant working at a Bank Office building in Edinburgh, EH8 area.

Hours: On average 20 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 09:00 - 13:00

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour.

Own transport is required due to location of the site.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the role involves providing office services, maintaining assets, and ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment to support the cleaning service.
