My client is a well-respected, privately owned student accommodation provider covering the UK and Ireland in 24 cities with a portfolio worth 1.5 billion. They are seeking a Facilities Manager to work remotely, managing multiple sites from Leeds to Coventry, with travel two days a week.

Role overview:

The Facilities Manager will oversee Facilities Management services across the company's portfolio, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Responsibilities include managing maintenance, compliance, contracts, budgets, and team supervision. Strong communication and proactive approach are essential.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring health & safety compliance across sites.
  • Managing maintenance and repairs.
  • Overseeing contracts and service providers.
  • Maintaining records and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Managing budgets and costs.
