Overview

Soft Services Facilities Manager - Chester West & Chester Council Contract

Location: Flexible | £30-£40/hour (Umbrella) | 3-Month Contract | Immediate Start

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage 2 Cleaning Supervisors and a wider team of 40 cleaners
  • Oversee delivery of cleaning, concierge, car park attendants, and building supervision
  • Solve operational challenges quickly and effectively
  • Maintain service standards across multiple sites with varied requirements
  • Engage with stakeholders and ensure visibility at key locations (e.g. Chester Town Hall, Ellesmere Port Library)

Location & Working Style
