Facilities Manager (Electrical)

Are you a Facilities Manager or similar, with an Electrical bias looking to join a well–established, tight–knit company?

Do you want to join a company who are growing rapidly, with excellent opportunities to make an impact on the future of the business, progressing your career into Senior and Management roles?

This company, established in 2019 have since seen expansion while retaining their family feel. They provide Facilities Management services to a range of industries including Retail, Data Centres, Industrial and Commercial. Due to their continued expansion and an increase in workload they are looking to add an Facilities Manager to their tight–knit team.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the entirety of the project lifecycle, overseeing survey and initial design through to on site operations. You will liaise with key clients throughout the process, visiting sites across the UK with overnight stays expected 1–2 nights per week.

This role would suit a Facilities Manager with an Electrical bias looking to join a company during a time of exciting growth, offering excellent pathways for future progression.

The Role:

  • Oversee Project Lifecycle, from initial conception through to completion.
  • Visit sites across the UK, meeting with key clients.
  • Monday – Friday role.

The Person:

  • Facilities Manager or similar.
  • Electrical background.
  • Commutable to Liverpool office and nationwide sites.
  • Happy to stay away 1–2 nights a week.
