Key Activities
The Facilities Manager is responsible for tasks across all current and future Framatome Ltd locations—including Avonmouth, Cranfield, Leiston Enterprise Centre, and others as required. Responsibilities include:
- Managing cleaning and maintenance contracts in collaboration with Supply Chain
- Monitoring safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, outdoor spaces, and workshops
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs, either directly or through oversight of third-party providers
- Scheduling inspections and emergency repairs with external vendors
- Ensuring security measures are in place, collaborating with IT, security vendors, or security personnel
- Managing daily operations of facilities, including operational equipment and maintenance staff
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, and projects to track progress
- Preparing facilities for events and other activities
- Overseeing outsourced CAPEX and facilities contracts, engaging with Supply Chain for sourcing
- Collaborating with building owners and management on budgeting, scheduling, and updates
- Supporting business events and exhibitions with setup and logistics
