Catch 22 are recruiting for a newly created Facilities Manager position on behalf of a growing specialist retail organisation expanding its property portfolio across the North West.

This client–side role will oversee a diverse estate, manage Health & Safety, Hard and Soft FM services, and procure and manage external contractors to maintain safe, compliant buildings and efficient operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing Health & Safety and compliance across estates.
• Proven ability to manage hard and soft FM services.
• Experience procuring and managing external contractors.

This client–side role will be responsible for overseeing a diverse estate, managing all aspects of Health & Safety, Hard and Soft FM services, and the procurement and management of external contractors. You will play a key role in ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently while driving service standards across multiple locations.
