Facilities Manager – Be the Driving Force Behind a Safe & High-Performing Estate!

Are you a strategic, forward-thinking Facilities Manager with a passion for operational excellence?

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Taking ownership of the safe, legal and smooth operation of our estate across your region.

  • Managing the FM supply chain, driving performance through KPIs, SLAs, and innovation trials.

  • Overseeing both proactive and reactive maintenance, with a clear focus on time, cost and quality.

  • Playing a key role in business continuity, managing high-profile interruptions to ensure we can trade safely.

  • Collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Helpdesk teams to keep costs on track and justifiable.

  • Acting as the go-to subject matter expert for FM strategy and standards across the business.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in facilities management within retail, leisure, food & beverage, or similar dynamic industries.

  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and risk-based decision making.

  • Knowledge of UK building safety compliance and the ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.

  • A relevant degree or professional qualification (BIFM/IWFM or equivalent).

  • Leadership skills that inspire change, innovation, and collaboration.

  • A passion for continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and delivering best-in-class service.
