Facilities Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Facilities Manager to operationally manage and strategically develop estate and facilities services at our Epping Campus. Reporting to the Group Director Estates, you will lead capital investments, oversee projects related to adaptation, alteration, refurbishment, and improvements, and manage all associated budgets. You will also serve as the organisation's competent person on-site and lead health & safety, fire safety, and security at the senior management level.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification, relevant professional certifications, and extensive experience managing hard and soft facilities services and health & safety. You will lead a high-quality team to deliver exceptional value and customer service to the college community. Demonstrable experience in building and building services engineering, management of BMS systems, compliance, change and contract management, and capital programme delivery is essential.

This role offers a rare and exciting opportunity with broad strategic and operational responsibilities.
