Job summary

Une société de courtage en pleine croissance recherche un Facilities Manager pour gérer leur portefeuille de bureaux au Royaume-Uni et en Irlande. Le candidat idéal assurera la conformité et la maintenance de l'ensemble des sites, en collaborant étroitement avec les fournisseurs et en supervisant les opérations quotidiennes. Une connaissance des normes M&E et H&S est essentielle, et des qualifications en FM seront considérées comme un atout.

Qualifications

Facilities Manager – UK & Ireland
Location: London (with occasional travel)

I’m partnered with a growing brokerage to find a hands-on Facilities Manager to take ownership of their office portfolio — including their London HQ and 25+ regional offices across the UK and Ireland.

You’ll be responsible for keeping all locations safe, compliant, and well-maintained, while managing contractors, overseeing refurbishments, and driving day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily FM at the flagship London HQ and support regional sites
  • Oversee hard & soft services (cleaning, security, M&E, H&S)
  • Plan maintenance and deliver office moves/refurbs
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance
  • Act as first point of contact for facilities issues
What You’ll Need:
  • Experience managing multi-site office facilities
  • Strong knowledge of M&E, H&S, and supplier management
  • Great organisational and stakeholder skills
  • FM qualifications (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM) are a bonus
