In this role you will take the lead on the smooth day–to–day running of the school's premises and facilities. From managing the Site team and overseeing maintenance to ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, you'll play a key part in creating a safe and inspiring environment for students, staff, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in facilities or site management, a proactive and hands–on attitude, and the confidence to lead a small team. Strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of premises compliance, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment are essential. Experience in an educational or public sector setting is desirable but not required.

The Role:
Manage and lead the Site team to ensure high standards of safety and maintenance.
Oversee all aspects of premises management, health & safety, and security.
Support school functions and lettings, including occasional evening/weekend work.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, both in–house and with contractors.
Maintain premises systems and compliance documentation.
The Person:
Experience in facilities, site, or estates management.
Confident team leader with a hands–on approach.
Strong working knowledge of health & safety and compliance.
Well–organised and comfortable using premises management systems.
Flexible, reliable, and motivated to make a difference.
