Babcock International is seeking a Facilities Manager to own the management, maintenance, and readiness of Emergency Feeding Facilities at HMNB Devonport and related sites in a regulated defence environment.

As a Facilities Manager, you'll take ownership of the effective management, maintenance, and operational readiness of Emergency Feeding Facilities across HMNB Devonport and associated locations. Working within a complex and highly regulated defence environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring facilities, assets, and support services are available whenever needed. Day-to-day, you'll have an exciting opportunity to combine facilities management, asset management, health and safety, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership in a role that directly supports critical defence infrastructure. You'll work closely with Ministry of Defence personnel, contractors, service users, and colleagues to deliver outstanding operational performance while driving continuous improvement and service excellence. This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
