A leading transportation company is seeking a Facilities Manager in London. The ideal candidate will oversee facilities maintenance and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Reporting into the Head of Facilities Management, you’ll work alongside highly motivated professionals within the Alstom Team committed to best-in-class performance in managing and coordinating the facilities contract and support to the maintenance activities for our fleets of trains - London Overground at New Cross Gate and Willesden depots.
You will be working with a team responsible for all facilities maintenance across several depots and outstations, utilising Alstom current IFM contractor (CBRE) and dealing with TfL at NXG, while working collaboratively with them to ensure the NXG depot remains fully operational for Alstom to carry out all its train activities.
You will understand and work to current Health & Safety requirements, ensuring the safety of all staff, together with adhering to our environmental standards and polices, and fostering our values of agility, inclusivity and responsibility.
