Job summary

Capital City College Group is recruiting a Vocational Coach/Tutor/Assessor – Facilities Management in London. You will deliver practical training for apprenticeships and qualifications in Facilities Management, guiding learners to develop technical skills and industry knowledge while assessing coursework and providing constructive feedback.

You will design dynamic schemes of learning, ensure the curriculum stays current with employer needs, and collaborate to enhance the teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Facilities Management.
• Assessor qualification (A1/D32, CAVA, or equivalent).
• Teaching experience is desirable; training is provided.
• Experience delivering and assessing apprenticeships, including EPA.
• Commitment to helping students succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions for apprenticeships and qualifications in Facilities Management.
• Support learners to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Assess coursework and provide constructive feedback to support progression.
• Develop schemes of learning for varied learning styles.
• Keep curriculum up to date with industry standards and employer needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning with innovative methods.
• Conduct workplace assessments and prepare learners for EPA.
