The Airbus Facility Management Technical Apprenticeship gives you the full learning experience with 3 whole years of invaluable industry experience. Achieve a Level 3 apprenticeship framework in Facilities Management whilst earning a full-time salary and paying ZERO fees to do so.
This unique 40 month programme not only offers you a Level 3 framework, but together with vocational training and placements in various teams and projects focusing on maintenance, sustainability, and health and safety, you will develop high engineering skills recognised across the globe.
We are also believers in experiential learning too, and there are many events that take place that offer exciting opportunities to grow and develop whilst also having fun!
Your scheme will begin with the first 8 months being off site on full-time academic & vocational study, before moving to a full week in placements apart from your academic day as detailed by your academic provider as you progress into your 2nd and 3rd years. During your placement, you will be working on-site at our Wing Manufacturing Centre of Excellence where you’ll work with a range of different teams.
In order to be eligible to this apprenticeship, you must have a minimum of:
GRADES: If you are on predicted grades, your offer will be conditional to achieving the position’s requirements before the apprenticeship start date.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK: Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom for the full duration of the programme. For more information, please check the Government Website.
LEVY FUNDING: Successful candidates must be eligible for the levy funding.
Our apprenticeship roles do not meet the minimum requirements set by UK Visas & Immigration to enable sponsorship of migrant workers.
