Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton, Bristol, offers a three-year Facilities Management Technical Apprenticeship starting September 2027. You will gain hands-on experience across maintenance, sustainability and health & safety while earning a full-time salary and undertaking a Level 3 apprenticeship.

The scheme starts with eight months of off-site academic study, then placements at the Wing Manufacturing Centre of Excellence.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs: 5 credits at grade C/4 or above including Maths, English and Science.
  • Commitment to the apprenticeship scheme and health and safety awareness.
  • Ability to work in a team across maintenance, sustainability and facilities services.

Responsibilities

  • Work across Facilities Services, Sustainability, Minor Works Projects and Health & Safety.
  • Assist in reviewing infrastructure layouts to develop solutions improving asset performance.
  • Support external partners to ensure service delivery and compliance on site.

During your placement, you will be working on-site at our Wing Manufacturing Centre of Excellence where you’ll work with a range of different teams.
