IKEA Sheffield is looking to hire a Unit Facility Management Specialist.

What You'll Need to Have
  • Knowledge of planning, organizing, and managing costs and expenditures, as well as risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Understanding of FM scope, delivery models, and processes, including work order management, contract and supplier management, and both hard and soft FM services.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices in FM, including resource consumption and waste management, aiming for climate-positive operations.
  • Passion for embodying IKEA's core values and engaging with external stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities, service-mindedness, and a customer-driven approach.
  • Experience with CAFM systems.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
  • Manage FM services to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, and report on service quality.
  • Conduct checks, participate in audits, and manage FM documentation and tools.
  • Support tendering, goal setting, budgeting, and business planning.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with third parties, and provide technical support for FM operations and projects.
