Qualifications

• Around five years’ experience in FM, estates or related environment.
• Practical exposure to both Hard FM and Soft FM services.
• Experience with compliance, assets, contracts, or service performance.

Responsibilities

• Support reviews of Hard FM, Soft FM and total FM service delivery.
• Deliver defined work packages within larger commissions.
• Produce clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations.
