Job Opportunity: Facilities Support Assistant

Duration: 3 Month FTC

Location: Office Based, London City Centre

Start Date: Immediate

We are working with a prestigious client based in central London who is recruiting for a 3-month contract. They are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join their team and provide facilities management support to staff and visitors. The role is based in their Chancery Lane offices.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support with an internal and external focus, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.
  • Support front of house activities, including room and desk booking coordination and visitor management.
  • Coordinate deliveries and meetings with suppliers such as cleaning, maintenance, security companies, and document couriers.
  • Act as the point of contact for on-site IT issues or technical support, including video conferencing, photocopier repairs, and other technical problems, escalating as necessary.
  • Assist with Health and Safety duties, including fire marshal and first aid marshal roles (full training provided).
Person Specification:
  • Experience in a similar front of house or facilities role is preferred.
  • Confident and competent in dealing with senior team members and visitors, with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on performance improvement.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
