Job summary

TitanCorp is seeking a Service (Punch) Technician to maintain and upgrade residential facilities, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal for current and prospective residents. You will manage punch lists, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with general repairs while delivering courteous, timely service.

The role requires physical endurance, proper PPE, and ability to work weekends/holidays, with a strong emphasis on resident communication and teamwork within TitanCorp properties.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Certification - Type I and Type II preferred.
• One year in a maintenance position at an apartment community or related position.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must take and pass a drug-screening test.
• Must take and pass an agility test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list of maintenance needs.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Provide prompt, professional service to residents.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Complete preventive maintenance checklist.
• Perform on-call duty for emergencies or as assigned.
• Maintain clean, neat uniform and appearance.
