Job summary

Silverstone Circuits Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair facilities, equipment, systems and infrastructure across residence and public areas at Silverstone. You will execute maintenance plans, address repair needs and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or lifestyle brand is desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of health and safety, risk assessments and method statements.
• Qualifications up to date.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Organised and able to work within the team or on their own.
• Good command of English; additional languages advantageous.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, mechanical systems, and building systems to ensure safe operation.
• Diagnose faults and repair mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Assist the maintenance manager with preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, coordinating with contractors as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols, risk assessments, and site compliance are maintained.
