Job description

Facilities Maintenance Technician II - 3rd Shift, Distribution Center

Location: Lancaster, PA
Starting Pay: $26.10/hr.
Shift Available:

  • 3rd Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (4-day, 10-hour schedule with rotating days off)
    Flexibility for weekend work and overtime required

Are you a mechanically inclined problem-solver with automation and electrical experience? Our Lancaster Distribution Center is hiring 9 Facilities Maintenance Technicians II to keep our facility running at peak performance!

What You'll Do:

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and process improvements to automation systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC controllers, electrical instrumentation, and mechanical components.
  • Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to maintain accurate records and manage parts inventory.
  • Ensure equipment operates efficiently through safety protocols, including LOTO, PPE, and fall protection.
  • Work closely with Operations, vendors, and third-party service providers to optimize system performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, including experience with voltages up to 480V.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, troubleshoot sensors, controllers, and switches.
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 80 feet and in temperature ranges from 0°F - 90°F.
  • Must provide personal hand tools (list provided at interview).
  • Experience working with PLC controllers and computerized systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
