Novotel is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to perform preventative maintenance and support guests with facility-related inquiries. The role involves inspecting, repairing, and coordinating with contractors to keep guest areas safe and functional.

You will work under the Maintenance Manager to ensure services meet Accor standards, with opportunities for training, career growth, and involvement in environmental initiatives across the property.

• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on the property’s facilities and equipment.
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• Undertake and manage various general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electricity telecommunications, heat, carpentry and decorating.
• Conduct routine inspection of premises and equipment and handle basic repairs and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and external providers ensuring work aligns with service agreements and procedures.
• Install, inspect and troubleshoot equipment, appliances and systems.
• Liaise with and supervise contractors and external providers to carry out work activities.
• Assist in record keeping and keep daily log of repairs and maintenance of assets and equipment.
• Adhere to security regulations and environment initiatives.
