Accor at the Novotel Birmingham Centre is seeking a practical and reliable Maintenance Team Member on a part-time basis to help keep the hotel safe, welcoming and well-presented for guests and colleagues. You will carry out planned preventive maintenance, complete repairs, painting and routine checks across bedrooms and public areas, with focus on safety and high standards.

Job Description

We're looking for a practical and reliable Maintenance Team Memberon a part-time basis to join our team at Novotel Birmingham Centre. You'll help maintain a safe, welcoming and well-presented hotel environment for both guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Complete general maintenance repairs and rectify defects.
• Undertake painting and decorating works.
• Perform routine checks across bedrooms and public areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Support the wider team in maintaining hotel standards and compliance.

About You
