Facilities Maintenance Technician (Fabric / Tradesperson) – Worthing. Commutable from Saltdean, Brighton, Hove, Burgess Hill, Hassock, Henfield, Steyning, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Storrington, Barnham and surrounding areas.

Salary and Benefits

£29,000 – £30,000 + overtime + pension + employee share scheme + training + career progression + excellent company benefits.

Role Summary

Are you a Handyperson or General Tradesperson looking for a static maintenance position with overtime earning potential? You will carry out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance on a modern site, with opportunities for training and qualifications. There is potential to progress to senior and managerial positions within the business.

Candidate Requirements

• Handyperson background or experience in one of the following trades: Carpentry, Brickwork, Roofing, Plastering, Mechanical, Plumbing, Building Fabric
