$26.07/hour + $2.55/hour shift differential (2nd & 3rd shifts)
Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility equipment in a warehouse environment, including HVAC, conveyor systems, sanitation tools, and material handling equipment. Based on experience and licensing, technicians will independently troubleshoot and ensure smooth operations across the facility.
Schedule Options
2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday | 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday | 10:30 PM 7:00 AM
Shift differentials apply.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Inspect and repair building features such as dock doors, dock plates, HVAC, hydraulics, and plumbing.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Follow safety procedures and report potential hazards.
Demonstrate integrity and accountability in all job duties.
Must Haves / Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a facilities or warehouse maintenance role.
Must bring personal tools (tool list will be provided).
Able to lift 50 lbs; repetitive hand/arm movements and overhead work required.
Comfortable working in varied temperatures (0F 90F).
Ability to read and comprehend labels and hazard signage.
Strong manual dexterity, balance, and coordination.
High level of mental alertness for safety and accuracy.
Qualifications
Experience with hydraulic, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and fabrication.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
Familiarity with CMMS or similar systems.
