What you'll bring to the team

Facilities Maintenance TechnicianLocation: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 30 hours per week, on a rotating shift pattern
Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our AWESOME Facilities Team! We are looking for motivated, multiskilled individuals, whose primary responsibility is to keep our Resort operating safely and at the peak of efficiency throughout our operational calendar year. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a hands-on role, which will include reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance tasks, covering all aspects of the park, our two hotels, Adventure Golf attraction and LEGOLAND Woodland Village!

In joining the Facilities Department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, you will be part of a team who work to high standards, take great pride in their work, and always ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies.

Please note, internally this role is known as Facilities Maintenance Technician Level 1

Qualifications & Experience

1. Experience of working in a facilities/maintenance environment
2. Passionate individual, who is a good team player but also capable of working alone
3. Good understanding of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance
4. Ability to work using own initiative, displaying sound decision-making skills; whilst also being able to thrive in a team environment
5. Good communication and time management skills
6. A positive and self-motivated individual with a strong eye for detail
7. Recognised qualification in a trade is desirable or experience in relevant based maintenance roles is required
8. Driving licence is advantageous

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
