How You’ll Make an Impact

We are seeking an Entry-Level Facility Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for supporting the upkeep and functionality of our facility by assisting with general maintenance and repair tasks. This position is well-suited for a dependable, hands-on individual who is eager to learn and grow in a maintenance role.

What you’ll be doing as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

  • Working a Full-time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair duties, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Conduct regular inspections of building facilities and equipment
  • Replace consumables such as light bulbs and filters
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of mechanical rooms, storage areas, and the maintenance workshop
  • Assist with the setup or rearrangement of furniture, equipment, and other items for events or internal changes
  • Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests
  • Support preventative maintenance efforts
  • Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards or unsafe conditions
  • Assist other maintenance staff as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:


A large percentage of work time is spent in a machine shop where temperatures vary from hot to cold. The environment may also include exposure to noise, dust, fumes, vapor from coolant, etc. Industry standard safety equipment is provided by the Company, and specific notice is posted in areas where safety equipment is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Employee Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, long-term and 401(k) with up to 6% QACA company match.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician Compensation range for onsite California applicants is $20-$25 per hour commensurate with experience. Some shifts may include shift differential pay rates. Other site ranges may differ.
