Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Scropton, Derbyshire (Site-Based)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Salary: £32,085 per annum

Facilities Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities
  • Carry out internal and external building fabric maintenance
  • Conduct audits and repairs of restrooms, kitchens, and office spaces
  • Plan and prioritise day-to-day repair tasks
  • Diagnose recurring issues and recommend improvements
  • Maintain external site areas and grounds to a high standard
  • Collaborate with production, health & safety, and engineering teams
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Previous Facilities Experience
  • Hands-on experience in general repairs and maintenance
  • Basic plumbing, cladding, and carpentry skills
  • Painting and decorating experience
  • Floor, wall, and road repair knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Domestic electrical experience is a plus
  • A practical mindset and attention to detail
