About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity within our Facilities team for a Facilities Maintenance Technician.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing building fabric repairs and maintenance under the guidance of the Facilities Maintenance Manager to meet high standards expected of a top Formula One team.
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance such as re-lamping, ceiling repairs, wall & door/joinery repairs, flooring, tiling, plumbing, helpdesk tasks, furniture adjustments, meeting room setups, and general housekeeping activities.

• Passionate expertise: Hands-on experience in building, hospitality, or related fields, ideally through traditional apprenticeships, demonstrating a passion for innovative solutions.
• Technical mastery: Strong carpentry and maintenance skills combined with creativity, utilizing both traditional and innovative techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
