Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment at a UK distribution center. You will plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks under the Maintenance Manager while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires strong English communication and a background in electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, with proficiency in Windows and Office.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of education and training beyond high school level in general maintenance and repair, or a closely related area.
• Two years experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
• Strong English skills, reading, written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assigns the work of maintenance employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the maintenance employees.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance and establish work priorities.
• Inspect work for completeness.
