Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a proactive Facilities Maintenance / Site Services Engineer to join our team at a busy commercial site. This hands-on role focuses on keeping plant and building services running smoothly, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement improvements across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and control systems while maintaining accurate records and reporting on site conditions.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification and trade apprenticeship with 5+ years of site maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building services, automation systems, and safety compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Diagnose and repair issues across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and infrastructure.
• Recommend efficiency upgrades and system improvements.
• Maintain records, generate reports, and ensure health and safety compliance.

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Maintenance / Site Services Engineer to join our team at a thriving commercial site. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining, improving, and safeguarding the infrastructure that keeps our operations moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and servicing of equipment and building systems.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general infrastructure.
• System Upgrades: Recommend and implement improvements for efficiency and performance.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems meet health and safety standards and maintain accurate records.
• Documentation & Reporting: Log all maintenance activities and generate reports on facility conditions.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to urgent issues to minimise disruption and ensure safety.

What We’re Looking For
