Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer for a permanent Kings Cross role in London. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial building, supported by an experienced manager, with training provided on the job and through external courses.

The role offers a salary of £38,000–£42,000 plus a bonus, private medical, life assurance and a full benefits package, with a clear path for long-term development within a growing facilities

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance in a commercial environment.
• Background as a Facilities Maintenance Engineer or similar.
• A recognised qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within a commercial environment.
• Static role, based in Kings Cross.
• Electrical, mechanical, HVAC and general building maintenance.
• Shadowing experienced engineers and receiving hands-on support and training.
