Facilities Maintenance Engineer / Facilities Heating Engineer

Field Based, Midlands Patch. Stoke-On-Trent, Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Manchester, Macclesfield, Mansfield etc.

Responsibilities

• Carry out heating system maintenance, fault finding and repairs (domestic and light commercial) across multiple sites
• Complete general facilities maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work, and building fabric repairs
• Work from a planned maintenance schedule, as well as responding to urgent issues when required
• Regional travel from Manchester to the Midlands (company vehicle and fuel card provided)

Requirements

• Gas Safe registered
• Background as a heating engineer, facilities engineer or similar
• Experience in both planned and reactive maintenance
• Comfortable working independently and travelling regionally
• Full UK Drivers License
